Profile Settings: Orders History, Credit Usage & Balance

You can check the history of orders and credit usage by clicking on "Profile" in the top right corner of your Sales.Rocks account.

In the "Transactions" tab, you can check full Orders History with:

  1. The order ID

  2. Used feature to create the order

  3. Date and Time

  4. Username and Email of the account user that's done this activity

  5. Credit usage, deducted Credits, and the Current Credit Balance, after making the order

If you have your Team (colleagues or business partners) using the same Sales.Rocks account, this is a great way to check all their activities and why your credits balance has changed ⬇️

You can also check your general Credit Balance on the Home page of the platform for The Company Search, The Contact Search, and The Sales Toolkit accordingly ⬇️ 

Note #1: Credits for all pricing plans are renewable at the beginning of the next subscription month, counted from the date of your first subscription (example: You've subscribed on 20 March. This means your next renewal is on 20 April, then on 20 May, etc.).

Note #2: Unused credits from the previous month won't roll over to the next subscription month!
