First, choose what you'd like to enrich and click on "Get Started".
We'll take as an example the option to Extract Company Profiles from a list of Company Domains ⬇️
Enter a name of the list that will be enriched and click on "Next"
Select how you'd like to upload the domains: by Textbox, uploading a CSV file (Excel) or a Google Sheet URL
In this case, we pasted the URL from our Google Sheet. If you decide to do the same, make sure that the URL is shareable (available to anyone) so Sales.Rocks can have access to it ⬇️
Check the preview of your domains and select additional search requirements if needed ⬇️
You can select if you'd like to receive an enriched file that includes only the companies we have a general email for and/or the companies we have a general phone number for and/or only headquarters without their branches. You can also select the company location.
Note #1: The Additional Search Requirements are not mandatory to be selected. If not selected, the file will be enriched with any info we have regarding these companies, which means some of the domains might be enriched with a not complete company profile (maybe their email will be missing, or their phone number).
Once done, click on "Submit".
Note #2: Credits won't be taken away when clicked on "Submit"❗
After the list has been processed, you'll be redirected to the "Bulk Extractor Lists" field ⬇️
If the "Table Status" is "Done" ➡️ click on the name of your List which will open all the company profiles found from your domain list. Here you can decide which companies you'd like to unlock/download for sure, which is when credits will be deducted only for the company profiles you're interested in.
